Laminating Process Methods

We perform laminating in three ways:

• First, laminating coated papers and boards onto multi-layer corrugated cardboard.
• Second, laminating coated papers and boards onto solid cardboard.
• Third, laminating two sheets of similar or identical boards.

Thanks to this technology, we can achieve packaging grammage exceeding 1000 g/m² without sacrificing an elegant finish. Importantly, laminated packaging is highly resistant to mechanical damage.

Materials Used for Laminating

For laminating, we use E, B, and C type corrugated boards, solid boards from 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm, and cartons up to 350 g. Furthermore, in the final stage of processing, we offer finishing techniques such as varnishing, spot varnishing, embossing, foiling, and hot-stamping in gold, silver, or copper.
