New Horizon Booklet System at Papillon Printing House

In 2016, Papillon Printing House acquired a modern Horizon booklet system. The machine is equipped with two towers and can gather and staple booklets up to 80 pages. The entire process can be fully operated from the control panel, significantly simplifying workflow and reducing setup time.

Versatility and Automation

The Horizon system allows stapling booklets in portrait formats: A4, A5, A6, and landscape A5. It can staple with one or two staples. With increased automation, the setup process is faster than with our previous system, resulting in higher efficiency and quicker order fulfillment.

Applications of the System

The Horizon booklet system works perfectly not only for standard booklets but also for gathering sheets for spiral binding or self-copying pads. The machine operates at speeds of up to 4,500 cycles per hour, allowing large quantities to be processed quickly.
